ABOUT UNLOCKING PRACTICES
Philosophy belongs in everyday life.
Unlocking Practices brings philosophical inquiry into
the decisions, relationships and questions that shape how we live.
A space to think more clearly, examine what matters, and
arrive at a position you can genuinely own.
THE FOUNDING IDEA
Philosophy could be practised.
Philosophy is often encountered as something to study or admire from a distance.
Unlocking Practices began with a different premise:
It becomes most valuable when it enters real life.
Here, philosophy is not an escape from life.
It is a way of meeting life more thoughtfully.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Riella Morhayim
With a background in philosophy and organisational psychology, Riella has
practised philosophical consultation
since 2013.
She works with individuals, couples, professionals, practitioners and
international collaborators.
What connects it all is one commitment:
to create conditions for clearer thinking, more conscious choices and more
deliberate ways of living.
HER PRACTICE
Precise & genuine inquiry.
Riella’s work begins with the person in front of her, not with a script.
She listens closely to the language, assumptions, contradictions and values shaping a situation.
The aim is not to lead towards an answer, but to open a clearer and more responsible way of seeing.
The conversation may be challenging.
It is never careless.
THE WORK IN PRACTICE
Beyond the consultation room.
Alongside her work with individuals and couples, Riella develops conceptual workshops and
practical philosophy programmes for leaders and professionals across a range of sectors.
She also trains philosophical consultants and facilitators, contributes to practitioner development,
and speaks internationally.
Across these settings, the purpose remains consistent:
to sharpen judgement, deepen dialogue, and bring clearer thinking into the decisions
that shape professional and collective life.
A PERSONAL NOTE
Serious questions
do not always require
serious faces.
Riella thinks philosophical work
can be intellectually demanding
without becoming distant.
Her conversations make room
for uncertainty, complexity,
and where life permits, humour.
Because thinking clearly
is not only a discipline.
It can also be a deeply
rewarding competence.
